Laura Cole, General Manager of Yankee Pier® Larkspur, is one of the fortunate few to be able to marry her passion with her career. After exploring life in a professional kitchen, Cole found the perfect fit for her love of food paired with an enthusiasm for interacting with interesting people on the floor of the restaurant.
“I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to share delicious meals and shared experiences with guests every day,” says Cole. “I am constantly interacting with different types of people, and I enjoy motivating our team to love what they do and take pride in their work.”
Originally from Seattle, Cole has spent time living everywhere from New York to Southern California before settling in Marin County. Prior to joining the Lark Creek® Restaurant Group, Cole worked at a number of top San Francisco restaurants, including the kitchens at Campton Place and Sausalito’s Fish restaurant. She received her training in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of California, San Francisco.
